In November, 2009, Mike Sherman joined the UxC staff as a Research Analyst. Previously, he worked as a Federal Accounts Manager for North American Management in Arlington, Virginia, a small business specializing in information technology, homeland security and management performance. Prior to North American Management, he served as a Communications Officer for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, managing the city's press releases, online content and other publications.

Mr. Sherman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of William & Mary.
