UxC: Company Background
The Ux Consulting Company, LLC (UxC) was founded in March 1994 as an affiliate of The Uranium Exchange Company (Ux), in order to extend and provide greater focus to Ux's consulting and information services capabilities. In this capacity, UxC publishes The Ux Weekly and the UxC Market Outlook Reports on uranium, enrichment, and conversion. UxC also prepares special reports on key topics of interest as well as custom consulting for a wide variety of international companies. Through our affiliation with Ux, as well as our team of outside consultants, UxC is poised to provide the most complete consulting and information services in the industry, backed up by industry experience, strong analytical skills, and comprehensive data.

Publications
The Ux Weekly is the industry's leading source for timely market information. The Weekly publishes spot prices for the uranium, conversion, and enrichment front-end as well as tracking current activity in these markets. It provides perspective pieces on market trends and developments, and covers news affecting the front-end markets. The Weekly is issued electronically as well as by fax and mail, when requested. It is also supported by a Subscriber Services section on UxC's web site.

The UxC Market Outlook Reports provide in-depth, current coverage of the uranium and enrichment markets on a quarterly basis and for the conversion market on an annual basis. These reports cover recent and prospective contracting activity for each of the markets, supply and demand developments, market and contracting trends, and forecasts of prices under different market scenarios. Also supplied with the reports are monthly updates of UxC's proprietary leading market indicators that are used to help predict near- and long-term price movements for each of the markets.
