The Ux Consulting Company, LLC (UxC) is now offering a new service to provide timely information
and analysis on key policy issues that could affect the nuclear fuel market.
Directed by Cheryl Moss Herman, Vice President, Policy Analysis,
the service includes a comprehensive briefing book on nuclear fuel policy issues as well as
access to a Washington-based consultant to help guide you through the maze of information.
From 1990 to 2000, Ms. Moss Herman was with Washington-based nuclear energy trade associations as
Director, Nuclear Fuel and International Commerce at the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and as
Director, Nuclear Fuel Cycle at the U.S. Council for Energy Awareness. Previously, Ms. Moss Herman
served as a Professional Staff Member on the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources
and as an analyst with the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Policy, Planning and Analysis.
Ms. Moss Herman's extensive talents and broad experiences in Washington put her in a unique position
to provide the nuclear fuel industry with a service tailored to its needs.

- Briefings on key policy issues relevant to the nuclear fuel industry, especially those that have a current legislative, administrative or regulatory component;
- A short description of the issue or program and its relevance to the nuclear fuel industry,
- A detailed chronology of the issue;
- A status update on pending legislative, administrative and regulatory developments, and an analysis of potential outcomes in such proceedings;
- A calendar of key dates going forward.
The initial book is now available and briefings will be revised quarterly, with updates on specific topics if a change in status has occurred.
