Security

UxC takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected by those precautions both online and offline.

Wherever UxC collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to UxC in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While UxC uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, UxC also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which UxC stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Children's Privacy

UxC's products and Services are designed for those ages 18 and older. UxC does not intentionally gather personal data from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits personal data to UxC and UxC learns that the personal data is the information of a child under 13, UxC will delete the information as soon as reasonably practicable. Opt Out

You may contact UxC anytime to opt out of: (i) marketing communications; (ii) UxC's collection of sensitive personal data; (iii) any new processing of your personal data that UxC may carry out beyond the original purpose; or (iv) the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Amend

You can update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. Your personal data is portable – i.e. you have the flexibility to move your personal data to other service providers as you wish. I don't know what this is, who other service providers might be, or whether this is required by GDPR.

Erase and Forget

In certain situations - for example, when the information UxC holds about you is no longer necessary to provide the Services, is incorrect, or you want to withdraw your consent to UxC's holding of your data - you can request that UxC erases your personal data.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact UxC at . In your request, please make clear: (i) what personal data is concerned; and (ii) which of the above rights you would like to exercise.
