UxC Complimentary User Accounts
Additionally, access to the Ux Price Indicators requires an individual to establish a personal UxC Complimentary User Account ("Account"). Each Account is set up specifically for one individual. Individuals with Accounts may not share the information obtained through their Account with other persons. Access activity will be tracked on a per-Account basis to ensure that individuals who are accessing the Ux Price Indicators are, in fact, the Account's owner. By establishing a personal Account and accessing the Ux Price Indicators, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of the UxC Terms of Use regarding use of the Ux Price Indicators. Those individuals who already have a UxC Paid Subscriber Account with a User ID and password may use their Paid Subscriber Account to access the Ux Price Indicators.
In establishing a personal Account, you will establish a User ID and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
In consideration of your access to the Ux Price Indicators via an Account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Account registration process.
Description of UxC Website Services
UxC Website Services (the "UxC Website") provides users with access to a significant compilation of digital information regarding worldwide nuclear power and nuclear fuel markets. The contents of the UxC Website are intended for your personal, noncommercial use, and may not be rebroadcast, or provided to others in any format.
