Ruthanne Neely
Senior Vice President, Enrichment & General Counsel

Ruthanne Neely joined The Ux Consulting Company, LLC (UxC) in January 2006 and now holds the position as Senior Vice President, Enrichment & General Counsel. Ms. Neely has over 11 years of experience in the nuclear industry working for the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) as Director of Marketing and then as Director of Special Projects from 1995 to 2005. While at USEC, Ms. Neely conducted substantial research and analysis on the nuclear energy markets, including all phases of the fuel cycle and also on the complexities of utilizing reprocessed uranium. Strategic planning, supply and demand forecasting, fuel cycle contracting, and marketing development were part of Ms. Neely's responsibilities at USEC. Ms. Neely also worked on international trade matters and various DOE/NRC regulatory programs while at USEC.

Prior to her work at USEC, Ms. Neely was Vice President of Business Development and Communications for AWT, an environmental services company. AWT was the number one supplier of air pollution equipment to U.S. utilities and provided engineering services to municipal wastewater facilities. Before AWT, Ms. Neely worked for the General Electric Company as Manager, Strategic Planning and Business Development where she managed the marketing of programs to the US government and conducted the strategic planning for the entire $5.0 billion GE aerospace group.

Ms. Neely holds a number of academic degrees, including a law degree from the American University Washington College of Law, an MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a BA in chemistry from Rutgers University. She is also a member in good standing of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars.
